To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I have got a couple of books by Ottolenghi. This is the one I like most. It's not only a cook book with recipes but also includes a lot of explanation on how to create different flavours like charring and aging. Absolutely a must have if you are looking to learn some cooking skill. However, if you only look for recipes, thus may be a bit complicated for you as most of the dishes need a lot of ingredients.
