To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This book is full of life lessons. There are many interesting examples and anecdotes. One could almost be critical and say that these anecdotes could have been dealt with in more detail or there could have been more. I found the style a little disjointed at times but the overall message does come through. The book includes the speech it is based on. It is a very quick read (one long flight or afternoon).
This should be called Diary of a Navy Seal. I found it repetitive and self serving. Lost interest half way through. It is a series of events that happened during the authors SEAL career that are loosely attached to a life lesson. It is facile and not of doesn't live up to it's title of Little things that can change your life...and maybe the world. I suspect clever marketing to get on the band wagon
