I follow Kati on Youtube and was delighted when she mentioned she had written a book. This book is so helpful; whether your a student psychologist like me, someone needing some advice on mental health matters or are just interested in self-help books or books on mental health then I recommend this.
Kati is the best. I found her on YouTube and literally had no other choice than buying this book. It's amazing how comfortable it is to read all the things she has to say about mental health and therapy related things. I recommend her book for everyone. People who are starting to notice something in themselves or others and thinking about getting help; people who are already in therapy; or even people who are just interested in these things in general. It is a good fit for everyone I guess. Extremely thankful for this book.
I’m not usually one for non-fiction and self help books, but I heard about this one on the Always Open podcast and it reads in a very conversational way, which makes it easy to get through. Helpful for self-reflection.
