I thought this would be fun but it's more stressful and tedious trying to get the sticker to line up perfectly. If they had printed it in a way that you don't have to have the sticker exactly right to get it to turn out well, or maybe had a better type of sticker, it would be more fun. And that's just me as an adult trying to do it. I think a child would get frustrated with it.
My daughter is 5 1/2 and loved this book. She was always eager to do a new one. She likes me helping peel the pieces so she could go faster but was capable of matching the number and putting them in neatly. HOWEVER, she has done maybe half the book so far and has had at least two where a portion of the sticker page had stickers that had not been cut through all the way. I will have to use scissors to cut the pieces out for her. Would consider buying her others but if this is a common problem think it’s a frustration I wil pass on.
Got this for a young relative (age 5) who likes to draw, paint and do activities like this. She likes it and enjoys the book. I, personally, think the book is a little thin for the price and could use a bit more variety with colors and what you are stickering. Otherwise, it is ok though.
Good activity on fingers’ practice although it can be somewhat challenging for 2-3 year olds because the colors so quite similar and so many stickers to create one animal pattern. But it’s creative and quite fun
