I have read through this book twice and I am now getting ready to start my 3 day fast. Scary but I expect to see the results as stated in the book. I would suggest that anyone wanting to lose good chunks of weight without feeling like they are on a diet try this book. Great insights into how the body works and also some very interesting and tasty recipes.
So, I did The Plan 4 years ago but life happened and I needed a reboot. The Metabolism Plan is a fantastic way of life...not for those that aren’t committed to the work or just want to count points. There is planning, chopping and record taking. So worth it though because in the end you know what is good for your body and how to keep the weight off. It even has an exercise component so you can test that as well. It has certainly worked for me. Good luck!
