I took this product as directed on a cross-country flight. I took it at take off and then 2 hours later with food. There was nothing out of the ordinary in my system and I had gotten plenty of sleep the night before and wanted to try before taking on a longer transcontinental flight. I am a healthy fit woman who travels a lot and just thought I’d see if there really was a product out there that might help with jetlag. I am glad I only took two pills and did not take these for a longer flight because when I got off the plane I felt incredibly dizzy, my balance and equilibrium was off and I didn’t feel like myself. I felt “off” and a little woozy. I am writing this review now after just getting off the phone with Amazon as for me, feeling jet lagged is preferable to this. I plan to chug as much water as I can and get it out of my system as quickly as possible. The product seemed to have all natural ingredients it got great reviews and it promised no side effects, which is why I purchased it, but that wasn’t the case for me. It may work for others but did not work for me at all, so buyer be ware - this may have side effects for you too, even if you take it as suggested.

Not great for travel because I took as directed on my dream trip to Iceland and I got diarrhea!! So my first travel day to this amazing country consisted of me speed walking to find public bathrooms, most were out of order and not all cafes had them!!! I don’t recommend this

We liked the flavor you just chew it. However that’s all it does, taste good. A group of eight of us all tried this product traveling from North Carolina to Rome Italy for one week. An hour and a half to Atlanta than 10 hours from Atlanta to Rome Italy. Followed the directions. Got to Italy and subconsciously we all thought we were fine. Six hour time change. None of the eight of us felt any different. So flying back home to the USA we tried it again. Still nothing. Hope it works for you but for this group of eight it did not. The only thing you can do is try it for yourself. I hope this review helps even one person.

Stay away - Bled and felt nauseous after taking this

I'm a healthy male in his 30s. I took this for a 6.5 hr trip to another country. Felt nauseous while on the plan and taking these pills. When I landed, I noticed blood was coming out of my sexual organ. Luckily the complication resolved itself after I drank plenty of water for a day. This was a scare of a life time and I think the only variable that could have cause this issue are these pills which I don't think are even US FDA approved. Stay away from this.

Be warned- these may cause intense nausea throughout your flight. Let me preface this by saying, I just took a 10 hour flight from Seattle to Italy (without using these) and had a normal amount of jet lag but was otherwise fine. I bought these for my trip to London (currently in flight) and feel that they have to be to blame for my strong nausea on this flight. I took the pill at takeoff and two subsequent pills every two hours- then I suddenly got hit with extreme nausea. I fly 100k+ miles a year and have never experienced plane sickness, I have an iron stomach and never get food sickness- nausea is very out of the norm for me and the only change in my normal routine was taking these pills. I immediately started checking the reviews and other people have experienced stomach issues as a result of taking these pills. They may work for some people or they may cause you to have a really long flight feeling like you’re going to have to grab for the barf bag!

I took this both on the flight to Greece and back from Greece and both times it gave me a headache and made me nausea. So nauseas I actually threw up on the flight home. Not worthy it, who knows what’s actually in these pills.
