To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Bought this product, arrived 27 January 2023. Planned an overseas trip for Sept. Product expires April 2023. Great, no good, have to buy another. No where in the ad does it talk about short expiration dates. Another purchaser on this site talked about the same problem, I thought they just got an old batch. Not so. This stuff is short lived, so if you want to use it, buy it just before you leave on your trip, not a lot in advance. Or buy something else just as good, longer expiration date.
Honestly, had high hopes for this based on reviews but for us traveling to a country with a 7 hour time difference, these didn’t really do much to help with jet lag. On the plus side, I found the flavor to be pleasant.
I never opened this package. I ordered this item in a hurry last minute for a trip. Seeing the Prime symbol I wrongly assumed it could be returned. My intention was to research it when I had time and simply return it if necessary. When I researched the ingredients I found many of the herbs to have somewhat questionable safety ratings on the web. My sister has used this product without any issues but I will not. I could compromise my integrity and claim it arrived damaged, but my integrity is worth more than $14.00.
I read the reviews and was hopeful that this product would help with jet lag after traveling from the US to Dubai. I took the pills as directed but saw no positive or negative effect. I travel this sector frequently, so I was comparing to past trips. I would not buy again.
It seems like these worked for many reviewers, so maybe give them a try. They tasted good to me and were fine to chew through on the long flight from Detroit to Korea, but they did nothing for my jet lag. I'm a week in now and still have jet lag, and I spent most of the first few days sleeping all day long. I'm not sure how these help. I'll still try them on the way home and see if they do something, but it's probably a case of they work for some bodies and not others.
