This utensils set is the perfect size for my toddler to hold, however I wish the spoon was deeper so it would make eating soup easier. I find it works ok with oatmeal or yogurt but with thinner things like soup or cereal everything slides right off.
Quality product, but spoon could have been made bigger..especially when little ones are trying to master not dropping contents of their spoon, made a little bigger would have been more practical in my personal opinion
Bought these while on sale. Would not have paid the retail price for it. Got two of these originally because the girls don't like to share and they like toy store. Was expecting it to be a bit better quality than it was. It seems to be cheaply made. Not enthused about the metal portion as piece appears more for play than actual eating.
The spoon is a bit shallow and so it only really works for babies/toddlers first starting off with self feeding, but it is a cute set. I wish it had a carrying case. The fork isn't really sharp, which can be good and bad. My toddler isn't great at spearing things with the fork, but I'm not really fearful that she'll spear her mouth and hurt herself if I'm not watching her like a hawk every second she's eating. I like that it's metal because she has broken off plastic forks before.
