*** Update w/ picture. 3 have broken on one project. It was tough fabric, but not so much that I thought it would break the needles. Keeping them for less intense sewing.

Excited to start learning to embroider, I grabbed the package and ripped it open as soon as it arrived. Then I proceeded to take a picture upon opening it. The needles all appear to be in perfect condition aside from one. I am not a seamstress, I know very little about sewing supplies, and I know this is not Amazon's fault. I do wish Singer had better quality control. Not sure how the one needle got so rusted between manufacturing and delivery to me, but I have 44 others that will hopefully work and I won't even miss that one. This is quite a value, I think, I paid less than $4 for 45 needles from a well known brand.

When you open the package some of the needles may slip as they are held in a little loose, but it came with all 45 needles. The holes do go from the smaller side to a decent sized one on the bigger needles. The tiny needles aren't that hard to bend, but the bigger ones are nice and sturdy
