For some reason, Puffs keeps changing their formula and their packaging. There used to be a Soft Pak, but the powers-that-be decided to get rid of that. Understanding this, I ordered three BOXES, with tissues that I THOUGHT would be folded so that they'd "pop up," but no such luck. And of course, in the description, there's no indication of this, except to say that "packing may vary." Well that's certainly helpful, isn't it? Looks like I'll have to find another brand of tissue to purchase, since these three boxes are UTTERLY USELESS to me and will be going to the Goodwill. The last thing I want on my counter is a so-called "designer" box from which the tissues do not pop up, but instead lie there. I have my own dispenser into which I put "pop-up" tissues, but these don't work in there. It would be nice if Puffs would just find a design and stick with it, instead of changing the name, the packaging or the formula, every time some random committee decides that people need something NEW. It's tissue for pete's sake; leave well enough alone.
Puffs used to make a tissue called Ultra Soft & Strong [US&Strong]. Some time ago I started experiencing difficulty getting that product. When I'd buy on amazon I'd receive the Ultra Soft product, which imo was always flimsy, and would almost certainly "blow through". I was able, until about 6-12 months ago, to get my fave US&strong tissues recently I saw them on walgreens.com[ Ultra Soft & Strong]; bought them and for the 2nd time got the plain Ultra Soft item. I was a trifle upset at this, and the experience pushed me to get to the bottom of it. What Puffs has done is to change the PLU number of the Ultra Soft item to that of the Ultra Soft & Strong item, while halting production of the US & Strong item. As far as I'm concerned that's a total fraud. The "&Strong" product will be sorely missed. Also, when I went to their web site to leave a review there the Puffs folks would not allow the review to be published. I'm over it, but i will no be buying any Puffs products any time soon .
First I need to say I'm not a Puffs person. I'm a Kleenex kind of girl. This was a whoops wrong click purchase. I've used Puffs off and on and these are exactly what you would get had you gone to the store and bought them. The only problem I had was the fault of the shipping ppl. The boxes were damaged. Crushed corners and 2 crushed tops. They are soft enough but if I had a bad cold or allergies I would want Kleenex. Personally I think they are softer.
I luv how these Puffs are packaged so that you may take several out at time.....I blow my nose alot! hahahaha Anyone with allergies should definitely try these tissues. They have no scent and no lotion in them....both of which send me in hive heaven. Common Scents Distributors is a great supplier....they are always quick to send!
I did not get the ultra soft and strong tissues as pictured and as I desired. I received ultra soft tissues. There is a difference. I would not have ordered if the photo had been correct. I was very careful in choosing ultra soft and strong. Very disappointing.
but these are NOT made from wood fibers and are the only brand of tissue I can stand. I dont like the scented ones tho. Nice and soft, easily taken apart for double yr money at times when you just need to simply wipe yr nose. Highly recommend!
Puffs is the best. I turn my nose at other tissues, they just don't compare to the gentle, absorbent, comfort of Puffs. Other brands are either to rough on my delicate nose or too slick for my rocket snot. Puffs is the perfect combination 💖
Puffs brand tissues are stronger, less linty and softer than Kleenex brand. However, they are typically more expensive and harder to find without lotion. Love the brand, hate the price. I guarantee you that Costco will not sell them because of the price point.
