es Chia auch in hell gibt :-) Ich mach damit Himbeerchialade. Chiasamen ist ein Superfood. Sehr sehr gesund. Es bindet gut. Ist neutral. Passt irgendwie überall rein. In Joghurt zum Frühstück, aber auch beim Brotbacken verwende ich es.
Oh well, what’s the expression, live and learn. Theses are white seeds, that actually are light purple in color, very, very small, and they don’t absorb water very well. No taste, I guess that’s fine for some people, but I didn’t care for this at all. I feel kind of ripped off!
The first time I purchased these chia seeds they were about 80-90% white seeds. The second time they were half brown and half white with less flavor. The quality didn’t seem as good this time. I will try another company.

Chia seeds is wonderful as it is considered the food for the athletes. I have been incorporating chia seeds to my soups, stews, and smoothies. I usually start my day with just chia pudding topped with my favorite fruits or just chia smoothie. With just 1-2tbsps of chia seeds, it can last you until the next meal without feeling hungry because they are very filling. Lately I have been incorporting matcha green tea smoothie with my chia and I feel fantastic!
