This would have been great but so many things in the description were not the same. This is not dishwasher safe as advertised and included a note saying not to put it in the dishwasher. The item only included one cap and not 2 interchangeable caps and also did not include the straw cleaner. The bottle itself is sturdy and keeps drinks cold without sweating on the outside just wish the description had been correct. There’s probably better items for the price.

I just received the Thermoflask Double Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottle earlier than expected, however, when I opened the box It didn't include the two lids it says in the description that you get: Chug and Straw Lid. I just receive the Straw Lid, which is not the one I was looking forward to use! Unfortunately, I will be returning it.

I have become quite disillusioned by this water bottle since I purchased it in April. It has developed a soapy taste that I cannot get rid of no matter what I try. A $46 purchase and I am on the hunt for a new bottle again...after only 4 months. That is not acceptable.

I purchased the two pack of thermoflask water bottles over four years ago and decided it was time to get the new model. I have to admit I am very disappointed with this model. Chips easily unlike the old model. The straw doesn’t work at all and honestly one bottle for $40.00 is outrageous. DO NOT PURCHASE THE NEW MODEL.

Já conhecia a marca e queria uma garrafa de menor volume. A garrafa veio com apenas 1 tampa, o que aparece na foto ao lado da garrafa não veio no pacote, por isso 1 estrela. Tentei contato diversas vezes com a Amazon, mas não tive retorno.
