I do not know if it is its smell since it is the first time I buy this brand of water level I had previously used the garnier brand and it never smelled ugly as it is this product has an unpleasant musty smell I do not know because if it still does not come out to date that it is expired I do not know why I used it last night for the first time since yesterday I received it and when I applied it to my face last night it burned a lot and I immediately washed my face with water and today my face woke up very red with spots red and brown I think this product burned my face I really do not recommend this product at all now I do not know what to do with my skin that is horribly due to this product I definitely do not recommend that you buy this 😡 I need the store that sold me this product to me Help me to be able to remove these red marks from my skin that your rancid product caused me 😡😡

I have been using micellar water cleansers for a while now and I've never had a problem with any other brand. I tried Bioderma because of all the great reviews but right after the first use, it really bothered and burned my skin. I really feel sad about it because I thought this would be a great buy but it definitely wasn't. I threw away my money and got a bigger problem even without having sensitive skin.

I've used Bioderma before (the blue and pink top ones) and this was a new buyer I was purchasing from. I was curious about the green version of Bioderma. The bottle came in an envelope instead of a box and upon opening the package, the contents of the bottle leaked everywhere due to a massive crack. It's also nearly 100 degrees Farhenheit out and it's probably a horrible idea to leave a plastic bottle out in this heat in a paper envelope.
