This is probably 1 of the worstsmelling nightcreams I've ever used (and I've used some really smelly Origins creams) going from Aveda Wedding Mask which smells DIVINE & exotic from the turmeric, but I didn't want to spend £50 on that again (it only lasted me about 6 months - guess I have a big face) This one smells like a cheap fruit yoghurt, that might be some people's absolute dream, but as a vegan it is off-putting, even though I'm pretty sure this is cruelty free. BUT... you get so much product for what you are paying. Some jars trick you into thinking there is lots of product, but I've dipped a spatula into this one and it goes deep. Also a small amount goes a long way. I've not used Vitamin C in a product for a while, it is really hard to find without being mixed with essential oils sometimes, or it can be really expensive for a high concentrate and it doesn't always work for everyone. The texture is great (I think I knew that from other reviews I read before buying) it doesn't feel sticky or oily, barely know it is there, until I get used to the smell. I don't know if it is because I've been getting a lot more sleep, but my face is hydrated and glowy when I wake up, and my pours are looking tighter when I use this cream.
Although it felt nice on the skin when applied I did not see any difference in the morning maybe If I’d use it for longer. Unfortunately I had better overnight creams that made some difference straight away, the next morning so I had to return it
This is a great cream, smells lovely and I was pleased to find it on Amazon. I usually buy it from John Lewis and I noticed that the pot is slightly different from what I’ve had before. The pot from Amazon feels and looks a lot cheaper than the John Lewis pot - they smell the same but slightly worried it’s not a genuine product. Will probably just buy from John Lewis next time.
Really lovely product. A bit more than I would usually spend for a night cream but I think this was worth it. It has a lovely scent and nice texture that absorbs well into the skin. My skin definitely feels moisturised and rejuvenated when I wake up in the morning. This may become my new regular night cream...
I did a bit of research before buying this and even though I read a lot of good reviews I’m fairly disappointed. I have been using it for a month now with no positive difference to my skin. It seems like it’s easily absorbed but tends to leave an oily feeling on the skin. Worst part is I have a good 2-3 painful pimples on my face now !
It is a bit greasy and doesn't seem to make any difference to my skin . I like the make and therefore I am disappointed with the product . It doesn't live up to the standard of other products in the range . I will not purchase again .
