This is my second Sensibo that will complement the existing one. As with the previous one, I had some issues connecting to my Google WiFi, which I reckon is caused by Sensibo prefering 2.4 GHz networks (similar to most IoT devices). After adding it to the home network setup was a breeze and it's been working supremely well ever since - just like a fridge. I don't even know it's there. If I listen carefully I might hear its beep but that's all.
Overall: Recommend if you're feed up with your dumb aircon remote.
Setting up the Sensibo took a bit longer than I had planned but after that it just works. I setup a schedule to turn on and substantially cool the room, followed by a more moderate temperature setting and turn off time. It's been a few weeks since that.
Our aircon is a 3-year old Mitsubishi Multisplit system 4. Sensibo had no problem detecting it.
