I initially purchased the area rug for my living room. When it first came I absolutely loved it and how vibrant it was! It really brightened up the whole room. So I immediately ordered the matching runner and door mat/ rug as well. Once again when they arrived I absolutely loved them and how pretty and vibrant they were. Unfortunately that didn’t last very long at all! After our dog had an accident in the house on my new area rug I looked up the instructions and saw that it was supposed to be machine washable. I followed the directions precisely. Used cold water, gentle cycle, hung to dry. I was truly so disappointed! After only one wash my rugs now look old and dingy. The colors faded so much! Now the rug that wasn’t washed doesn’t even match the other rugs anymore. I wish it hadn’t of said they were machine washable. I definitely wasn’t expecting this, not after one wash. I will definitely steer clear of this brand/ company in the future when looking for rugs. I attached some pictures That clearly show how much they’ve faded and what they originally looked like.

Carpets curl at the corners

We replaced our kitchen area carpets that were purchased at Target several years ago with these washable carpets via Amazon. I am disappointed to say that while the price point is good, you get what you pay for. These carpets curl up at the corners ever so slightly as to CAUSE A TRIPPING HAZARD. We have washed and dried them, hoping that this issue was a result of the carpets being rolled during transport. But the washing and drying had little effect, and, in fact, the more days that passed from the washing the more the corners curled up.

What is the point of having a rug in a high traffic area if you can't wash it when it gets dirty? Put this in the washer and it came out all one color. SO disappointed because it was beautiful when it arrived. Now it is an ugly muddy gray color. I guess you get what you pay for! Yes, believe it or not, that IS the same rug that it pictured in the ad!!!

I purchased this same rug and size last July. I even bought the larger one and the runner to match. I got them because they were non slip, having a rubber backing. I reordered the 5x7 and it has a different backing now. We have had it on the same laminate flooring for about 8 hours and both my kids have had it slip out in them and so did our cat! We put a rubber backing index it and still it failed. We tried putting hot glue on the bottom and still it’s sliding around.

I love the look of these rugs, very true to picture but they come rolled up so tightly that the edges are permanently curled up. I have had these for a couple months and have done everything imaginable to make the edges lay down but nothing seems to help!

Colors are nice. When the box came this rug was folded in quarters, hopefully the creases will go away?! ( most rugs are sold rolled up!). I previously purchased a rug for the same kitchen area from Walmart (I thought that rug lacking in padding, I needed to have a rug so I bought it) when I received this Mapels Rug - Reggie Artwork I was disappointed in the quality; very thin pad. I think I'll wash the one from Wally Mart and give this rug away until I can find a better replacement.

Thankful our return was simple and easy or I would have wasted my money! The rug was pretty but VERY thin with hardly any backing to it so it slid around like crazy. Too, I think it would not have lasted more than a week. You could almost crease it with your finger, like folding a paper in half! Bad choice of mine to buy cheap.

The background color looks like a deep brown on my tablet and phone. I havent even opened it since I can see the color through the clear plastic. I went to return it and noticed the description says it has a grey background. Not what I expected or want for my house. It looks like a medium grey background. Wanted a much darker background. Very unhappy!!!
