The product measures weight but the fat measurement has never worked
Customer support respond with one line per day in an attempt to make you give in and just keep a faulty product.
Every time you complete one lot of fault finding steps, they make you complete more and then you get passed to another support person who make you do the same steps again. In the end you give up.
These scales are a waste of money as you are paying for high end and you get low quality with terrible customer support. Avoid as you will doubtlessly be disappointed
