This skillet has only been used on an induction stove. The center of the skillet is higher than the edges with oil instantly flows to the edges leaving no oil on the part of the pan where most food is cooked. This not-level surface either came that way or very quickly develop during early use.
The non-stick finish has not been durable. With always careful use, no extreme high heat, using only utensils for non-stick surfaces, and soft sponge washing, spots of the silver colored metal under the non-stick coating have appeared. Of the non-stick surface cookware I have had over the past few decades, this surface has been the least durable.
I bought this to cook one egg a day over easy for my dog. I know it's low cost item. But I would hope it would be non stick for longer than 7 eggs. This pan's bottom bowed after about 7 uses and now the oil just runs to the sides and you cannot cook and egg without it sticking and getting destroyed. More junk from China
Nice solid product- easy to clean and do not need any oil to cook eggs just the way I like them. It is solid and a bit heavy so keep out of the hands of your partners if you come home late with perfume on ya!
The frying pan I'm replacing, and the ones I'll be replacing in the near future, are all small in the inside. By that, I mean that my old pans have "curved" sides which take away from the floor of the pan. This one has substantially less curvature which increases the cooking surface.
