To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I have been taking these religiously for a month now and they have made no difference to my skin or nails! I used to buy silica on its own from Solgar and they worked amazingly well but wanted a combination capsule as my skin is starting to look it’s age but they don’t make a difference to either skin or nails unfortunately. I had high hope because the packaging looks great and very professional but was sadly dissatisfied.
This is false advertising, which makes the product overpriced. Get it for much less elsewhere!!! Nowhere in the description of the product, which is the basis for your purchase, is it mentioned that the tablets are 500 mg only. You shouldn’t have to screen through heaps of reviews or comments to dig out the details. Serving size is 4 tablets per day making it a total of 2000mg. But the advertising is wrong and deliberately misleading on the basis that you do not go to the pharmacy and buy ibuprofen advertised per serving size, i.e. max 4g (8x500mg). When you look at a label, the dose reflects the tablet content. This is just dishonest and wrong. Do not buy because you can get the same for 1/3 of the price amongst honest advertisers who tell you what the content is per capsule.
