These inks are a good price/value alternative to the OEM brand. The color rendition appears very similar with the OEM colors, except for the black. The black does not seem to be as dark as OEM black. However, it is not so noticeable as to be a distraction. The cartridges fit and perform like the OEM. I can not comment about longevity of the color on the print because I have only been using these inks for a couple of months. So far, very pleased.

I print fotos for reference for oil painting, acting headshots, occasional art print and photo for display and for the price these inks do a fine job. If I were a pro photographer, of course I’d stick with Canon but I’d probably be using a higher end printer then. Cheers

Shipping was quick and the cartridges came well-packed.
There was noticeably more ink inside than the last set of generic cartridges I got for a little more money.
When I first installed my printer gave me an error that the cartridges were not recognized, which is the only reason I dropped a star. But read online that sometimes this error goes away so I turned the printer off and waited for an hour or two and when I turned it back on everything was fine and has been fine since.

I have only been using these for a couple of days. So far I cannot tell a difference in print quality. The price was too good to pass up. I've seen people complaining about leaks when they install them. It happened to me too with the black cartridge. I think the problem occurs when you fail to remove the small plastic tab on the top. Canon cartridges have packaging that forces you to remove it when unwrapping. It's part of the outer wrap. These have tabs that are not part of an outer wrap, so it's easy to forget to remove it. That's my theory at least. I think it uncovers a vent and equalizes the air pressure with the outside of the cartridge.

This ink is great for the price and, in my opinion, 100% worth it but NOT for art prints. No, the colors are not exactly the same as Canon's ink tanks and I found that these give my product labels a bit of a redder/brighter hue than expected but frankly, it isn't something any of my customers will notice.

I WOULD NOT suggest these inks for somebody creating and selling art prints - the colors are too far off, in my personal opinion, to justify using them for digital art prints. As some other people have suggested, these would maybe make great test inks for art prints, though. For product labeling purposes, though, these have been wonderful and I will definitely be repurchasing.

So far these ink cartridges work well and color is good. The only reason I deducted one star is you have to be very careful when opening these. Specifically when removing the orange nozzle cap. I've replaced six of the eight and all six had "loose" ink under the cap. So you had to tap it on a paper towel so as not to drip on anything. And one of those six, the magenta ink, spilled out from the nozzle cap and went all over. Luckily I was doing this over layers of paper towels. And of course a fair amount of it landed on my hand so it appeared that I had seriously cut my hand and had "blood" all over my hand. No harm done though. Much of it washed off with a heavy duty mechanics soap. The remainder worked off in a couple of days. Other than that, I'm ok with these as non-Canon replacements.

The problem with surveys is that I have not had a chance to use the product. I've used this brand previously and expect this to work. But, it may take me a week before I use the first cartridge and a month or more before I use all of them. The packaging left a little to be desired, a small matter considering the great price. The options for ink for the Canon Pro 100 have become overwhelming. I picked this one over less expensive options because I have found it reliable.

PRINTING PHOTOGRAPHS - I did a sidebar side with original inks and this is by far the closest I've seen. I don't know if the colors will withstand the trials of time but for fast and accurate photography prints this works perfectly. Only issue I have is that if not careful units will leak when installing and it can get messy even when being extremely careful.
