Poorly made. The material is more burlap than canvas. The straight stitch length is too long allowing for raveling. If you want to use them for 1x use they will probably work. If you want to store anything lightweight in it look for something else. I missed the cut-off for returning them and had to sew over every stitch seam just to be able to use them. Poor durability.
These are better quality cloth and string that I sometimes get. Not the stiff canvas, not the thin muslin, but somewhere in between--a grayish canvas that feels more like linen. We used stamps and markers to decorate them for goody bags--and they turned out really cute. We used regular craft store stamps and sharpies and had no bleeding (though I doubt that this would hold up to washing). The colors showed up well. They look like the kind of bag that you keep. I'm planning to embroider the extras for little storage and gift bags. Next time I need this size, I'll look for this particular brand again instead of doing a new, random search.
Terrible odor with these bags. I put a new dry tea bag inside each to absorb the smell. After “steeping” for five days the smell is much better and I can actually use them to ship items to my customers.
Other than the odor, these bags are a great size and appear to be substantial enough that I believe merchandise will make it to my customers in one piece.
I’m so disappointed. Poorly sewn! I was going to use these pouches for candle giveaways and it’s embarrassing to use them. It’s going to reflect on my small business. Unfortunately, I stamped my label in front of the pouches before seeing the ugliness inside! So I can’t return them anymore. I do not recommend these!
