So I purchased this exersaucer because it is very esthetically pleasing compared to the ugly plastic ones.... Well if the screws that are in the wooden posts arent installed completely wrong 🙈🙈 not sure what their product control is like but man judging by that its a mess. Luckily Im mechanically inclined and re drilled the holes for the screws that click and lock into the plastic feet... Unfortunately not until I locked them in n realized something was majorly off. I had to unscrew the plastic bottoms on the feet to release the wooden posts its a huge design flaw as well as a product control problem... I will be emailing evenflo personally to make them aware of the issue! This is just a warning to any one looking to buy this item check the angle of the screws before assembling! Its cute... But for the head ache buy something else!

I bought this for our baby. After my husband assembled it one of the wooden pieces that help support it snapped in half. Thankfully our little one wasn’t hurt. I spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer as well as amazon hoping there could be a refund without returning the item since we no longer had the box and it was already assembled (seems unnecessary to have to spend more of our time disassembling a faulty product, find a box to fit it, and take it to a store to ship it back when they cannot use it anyway). Dissatisfied with this product and amazons poor customer service.

There is a major design flaw with this product-there is a bunny toy that when pulled on propels back to hit the baby in the face with great force. We had to remove this part of the toy. The toy is otherwise fun and most definitely cuter than other options on the market.

Strap broke with baby in it…

We bought this in April and this bouncer has been great and baby loved it, until now mid July, I was sitting in the living room while baby was in bouncer and the strap snapped off and broke, leading baby to fall out of it. Thankfully she wasn’t injured just more startled than anything. Still very scary. I then looked at the straps more and noticed all the locations where the straps are held , the plastic is cracking. I wanted to like this product more but since this happened I thought I should share to inform others!

Buy at your own risk! Wooden leg snapped out of nowhere. I’ve had it set up for maybe a month now and it’s already busted. Super cute & fun for baby while it lasted but it didn’t even last a month. Super disappointed.

This product was not easy to assemble. It’s not sturdy at all.
My baby used it for a day before the leg snapped in half. Which was extremely dangerous. As you can see how it broke it could have caused a serious injury.
To dismantle the item. Was not an easy task either.
There are far better products for less on the market.
I like the look of it. And the toys it came with. But overall. Not worth It.

My 6th month son jumped forward in the seat, tipped over the jumper and hit his face flat against the floor. Not a safe product, its easy to tip the jumper in between the 3 legs.

Nightmare to assemble. After cribs, bassinets, strollers, ANYTHING. This was by far the most miserable to assemble. I’m pretty sure I got a used one even though it says I got new. Half of it was put together incorrectly so it looks like somebody was having a hard time putting it together as well, returned it and then I got their put together wrong return. Would not recommend.

Bought this for our soon to be 6 month old. The assembly was confusing and we didn't have it 3 days before our 2 year old tripped on the legs and the bamboo support snapped. Thank goodness the baby wasn't in it at the time! Sending it back and shopping for a new one that's more sturdy.

My baby almost took out her eye on the white bunny ear and while grabbing the gray bear, it completely bounced back and slapped her right in the mouth. Every single toy around the chair is super close to where your baby sits and doesn’t make any sense for toys to be able to bounce back as they do. Looks very nice but would not recommend. The seat placement is also super high up with half their body out so they are really able to bend forward.
