Truely-non stick. Even pot-stickers won't stick and burnt. They just glide right off the bottom. I love the high rim because I hate food flying out of the pan when I stir-fry or browning anything. I use it as more than just a wok for stir-fry - I also use it for pan-fry and making saucy dishes as well. Very, very easy to clean. A little heavier than I expected though. But that is not a problem for me.
This wok was fantastic for the first month, easy to clean, easy to cook, easy to eat. However things started to stick and the bottom of the wok began to burn. Now its permently burnt and everything sticks after 4 months of near daily use. For 75bucks CDN i got a good few months of use but this pan doesnt appear to be made to last long term as other reviews have pointed this out aswell.
I am used to the garbage the warps and burns on medium heat. This pan is surprisingly good still after daily use for about 1 month now. It cleans up easily and stays flat at the bottom. Not a big fan of S Korean products with the dog restaurants and dog meat trade in South Korea, but I won't lie, this is a good pan so far. Might buy another.
UPDATE: Be aware that after a couple months of almost daily use at medium to low heat, the pan is sticking now. It unfortunately is not a solid long term option. Still cleans fairly easy but by no means like when it came. Everything now sticks and has to be roughly cleaned off with a sponge.
