The product is covered in green mold upon arrival. I had to wipe it with a bag of wet wipes. Also, the surface is not flat on one side; It's curved, my mouse moves weirdly because of this.

Wood bows over time

This worked great for about four months, and then the wood started to bow, and now it's almost unusable as my laptop won't stay flat anymore. They must figure out how to treat the wood so it doesn't do this. I would stay away from this product.

ordered the 1st one and loved it. My girlfriend liked it so I ordered one for her. When this arrived they sent me shorter one than I 1st ordered. I selected "buy again" figuring I'd get the same length....NOT!!! Sent it back waiting for restocking if 1st lap desk. Contacted Wishacc directly and still waiting to hear from them.

The only good thing about the product is the lap pad. Extremely poor quality and workmanship. Straight out the box it was oblivious that the top was cheap looking, and when I ran my hand over the top it was uneven and one section had splinters. Looking at the sides, I noted that several of the "slats" were not glued in or had come loose. Since I like the pillow pad, I will add a thin laminate over the top, and hope that the base will not separate. I definitely will NOT buy this again, or recommend this seller.

I ordered this laptop lap desk for the large size (came at a large price tag as well) and like others have mentioned the wood splits with any heat at all rendering the product completely useless for it main purpose of being a laptop lap desk. When you pull it out of the box it looks beautiful but the looks are deceiving as it split down the seams of the wood in a few places within 24 hours... so I did a replacement and the same thing happened again in more places on the second one... there was few loud pops when it happened as well... I really wanted this to work but they have a major flaw in the wood on top and it cannot have any heat at all without splitting... I should have known it was cheaply made when one of the product photos shows the person using it upside-down (See my attached photos) lol... I suggest that if you plan on putting a laptop on this laptop lap desk then do not buy this one. I may have to make my own...

Wood lifting off the top

I really like this overall BUT my issue is that the top of the product has these strips of wood and some of them are lifted. I have a feeling it’s going to come apart. It may seem minor but when you’re using a mouse or even running your hand over it it’s pretty annoying and the ridges feel huge.

This is called an "XL-Large Oversized Lap Desk". In my opinion, it's not oversized, it's small. When it arrived, I found that it was not big enough for what I was looking for. I ended up easily making my own lap-desk, with less trouble than ordering one. I don't recommend this product.

I should’ve read the negative reviews prior to purchasing! Just like others have mentioned, the bamboo is cracked, not level or otherwise not laid right. Would be perfect otherwise. Good design in theory, they just need to use either a better cut of bamboo or actually inspect the product before it leaves the warehouse
