Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings using a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The machine learned model takes into account factors including: the age of a review, helpfulness votes by customers and whether the reviews are from verified purchases.
Got the watch (42mm midnight black) for 4 weeks now and should be able to give my impressions. First, the watch is solidly built but the case seems plasticky and glossy. The rotating bezel seems metallic enough to save the day so it's not all bad on the visual front. The rubber strap that comes with it is presentable enough for both casual and semi business setting, and is snug enough for my very slim wrist. The watch could pass off as a normal wristwatch. Function-wise, it has most of the 'smartness' of a smartphone, albeit a dumb-down version one; their downloadable apps like Camera One, HereWeGo and Spotify are well done. Overall reasonable quality product at the $300++ price point.
