Received on Dec. 5. Given to grandson on his birthday on Dec. 10. Product came with no documentation of any kind. Did not appear to be working, charged only one of four attached controller. Contacted a family member who has one one she said she has never seen the indicator lights we were getting.

Product support is via email. Sent email to the support address on Dec. 10,, and within a couple hours got the following automated reply -

“ Thank you for contacting Customer service. We value you your business. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.”

It is now Dec. 22, twelve days later, and no other response. Would not recommend to anyone.

Lights just kept flashing red when any remote was attached to charger. Never turned green no matter how long controllers sat in holder. Controllers never came out fully charged. Thankfully it was easy enough to return. I would not recommend this item.

Short cord and doesn't come with a plug

The cord isn't long enough to go from a table to a outlet in your wall. It comes with a USB plug so you have to buy your own power adaptor for it. They save money on manufacturing so the customer has to #1 put the charger on the floor and #2 buy power for a charger because otherwise it won't work out of the box.

Total waste of my money. Very disappointed. They are counting on their high review scores to make up for their total apathy towards customer satisfaction. Just build it right. That's easier than putting a card in the box telling me to give you 5 stars.

Does not seem to charge the joycons. We have 4 of them and every time we go to play as a family at least 2 out of the 4 are still 1 bar battery after sometimes days of charging without playing.

Read the reviews and figured I'd try this out. It will only charge half of my controllers. My extra pink and green controllers will not charge. No matter how long you leave them on.

Honestly this product does not fully charge my joy cons. When I have 2 or even 4 controllers plugged in, the light that indicates the controller is charged turns green. However, when I connect the controllers to the switch, I get the low battery signal and the remotes have not been charged. Was really looking forward to this, but it definitely let me down.
