A mis perritas les encantaron y es que les gustan las pelotas pero que tengan colita, me parecen bastante resistentes, cuando menos no le han safado ni las orejitas ni la cola y rebotan bastante bien, me gustaría que la colita fuera más larga.
My dog was booked as the headlining DJ the same night he recieved these in the mail, but the durability of his headphones left something to desire. After mixing for only an hour into his set there was a malfunction which left his crowd unhappy. The cup part was destroyed due to his bass heavy tunes, that or his strong cane corso jaws...we may never get to the bottom of this mystery. I'd say get these for amateur hour in a strict bedroom capacity only, for major gigs I would go with a better pair of cans. The promoters were not happy and his drink ticket privilege was revoked.
She loves it. I got it because it looked cute. The “hair” on it feels silky soft, not like the usual plush toys. She’s a tiny dog so it is sturdy and durable for her. I don’t know how well it would stand up to a large dog with strong jaws. My dog happens to be gentle with her toys. Right now she is taking a nap on her piñata, it’s soft enough for that too!
So as soon as I took it out of the box I had the urge to smell it, and I was not disappointed because it kind of smells like pineapple/pina colada not really sure which one. Upon further inspection I noticed there is no actual stuffing, which is good because my dog has had bad tummy aches from eating stuffing. It has two layers wrapped around a rubber ball so this toy is going to last forever. The ball squeaks and the pineapple top is crunchy. For my dog I feel like it will be a very durable toy, the only problem that might occur is that hes a corgi/chihuahua mix and I dont thing he will be able to pick it up from the yellow ball part because it's too big.
I am currently 12 hours away from him at college so I wont be able to give it to him for another 6 weeks when I go home for winter break. Hopefully I'll remember to update this review.
Update: He cannot fit the ball part in his mouth but he does grab it by the green part. He refuses to fetch it when i throw it but he will sit and chew on it. Had to cut off the tag because that was the first thing he focused on.
I always jokingly put my Beats around her neck and she jogs around wearing them really proud. So for her birthday I decided to buy these for her. She chewed on them for 20 minutes and when I checked on her the squeaker and stuffing were all over the floor. Very very disappointed in this toy. I thought bark box was supposed to be high quality. Even the item details say it has been tested and is indestructible. Obviously a toy won't last forever but I expect it to last longer than 20 minutes. I gave it two stars because the details are adorable and she really loved tearing it apart.
Edited original review: if your pups like to chew, I don’t recommend this. As cool as it is, my dogs have now completely destroyed it. See third picture.
Original review: My pups and I love this toy bin. It is attractive, soft-sided but heavy enough to keep its structure . it is made of two layers of heavy felt. It is light so I can easily carry it from room to room. They can easily get their toys out and put them away- and if you notice the snaps, you can snap it open and you can snap the flap so it stays down with the snap if desired.
Update: customer service said sorry Charlie. Don’t know when they will be made again. Same day. Checked Amazon and bought 2. Cust service not helpful. Very off-putting
Original: I LOVE this dog toy for my puppy Doberman who is 75 lbs and chews everything I give him to shreds immediately. Very Durable surprisingly after rope is separated. This one didn’t “last” as long as some, but I save it for when he’s chewing in front of me. Anything soft is shrapnel. Period. But this is by far my favorite dog toy of his. He loves it bc 1. It’s hard to chew into 2. It’s crinkly on the extremities (a sound my dog LOVES) and there are 2 other squeaker balls. One in the head and another different kind of squeaker in the body. 3. It’s freaking adorable 4. Fun to watch him vary it by the rope neck that fits perfectly in his mouth. I only wish I could buy it again, a few days after having it, went to purchase another and they are gone! :-( FWIW The sloth, consuela and liberty bell are all awesome too as they take a while to get into. If it becomes available, I’ll probably buy more.
This stuffed toy was so cute, at first! I ordered because of reported durability, however, within an hour my dog had all the ropes pulled thru at the arms and legs and the knots severed off!!! Then she moved onto removing the insides , the stuffing and the squeaker!! So basically all thats left is the round cordoroy part which has a small amount of crunchy sounding plastic. I've let her continue to play with it, because she loves it, as decrepit as it is now. Use your judgement, if you have a super chewer and are able to watch them closely, then buy. Otherwise it is just not safe!!!!
Our dog ( 35lb pitbull/austrailian cattle dog mix) loves playing with soft toys, especially ones with squeakers, but has a tendency to puncture the squeaker through the fabric, rip the seams, and pull the stuffing out. I bought this toy on a whim to see what she would do with it and not only does she LOVE it, it has held up to all her antics. She loves pulling on the rope legs which (because they are sewn through the body and can move back and forth) are no worse for wear. She loves throwing it around and squeaking it which it (after > a week of play) can still do!!! The squeaking sound is a lot more pleasant (more alto than soprano) than most other squeakers we have had. The gold details were the first to go and don't hold up all that well but the rest of the toy is still intact after more than a week of play.
The toy bin, which is made of felt, was delivered folded up in a flat box. However, the fact that it was folded chased creases to occur in the felt. Now what was supposed to be a round toy holder is a mix between circule at the bottom and square at the top. I’ve had it for a week and it is not getting any better (was going the creases would work themselves out overtime).
