First time using this brand and I am not happy. I'd used the black band 4 times for simple triceps extensions (to warm-up before gym sessions) and it has already snapped in half! For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Also the rest of the bands aren't very flexible and feel unusually stiff. Unfortunately would not reccomend.
The rubber broke upon first use. Whether there was some kind of damage or pre-existing fault is hard to say. But the bands are flat and wide, so clearly at risk of breaking by design. A square cross section would be more durable.
This bands are amazing. Before buying them, I hadn’t done a “weight” workout in over 20 years. Now I am doing resistance training 4-6 days a week. I feel myself getting a bit stronger, which is amazing. It is incredibly easy to discover new excercises to do with them. Either from sites, or YouTube, or just experimenting once you are comfortable. I can travel with these and I’ll never miss not having a gym membership again. This is the single best physical fitness purchase I have ever made.
These are terrific resistance bands, I must say they are definitely the best I've ever used or seen I was not expecting to be so robust and I doubt these will snap like other much cheaper bands have had. The range of the four different resistance levels is 7kg up to 79kg so I have plenty of variation for me and the rest of the family. Also has a storage bag and a leaflet with suggested exercises.
Use them all the time, have allowed me to increase strength. Good combination of strengths however had to buy a thicker band to allow for squats and deadlifts. Cheap and can be combined with multiple bands or with dumbbells.
