After the product was delivered, I had problems installing it. I contacted Norton Support and they told me i could not use the product in Singapore but was designed for US market. I bought this from Amazon.sg. So how can it not work in Singapore. The product description only said the features around Dark Web Monitoring will not work outside of US. It did not say the whole product will not work outside US. After many hours of working with Norton Support, they provided me with a different Norton product key. They even mentioned not to buy Norton products outside of Norton websites (which includes Amazon) and i think that is not the right approach. Very disappointed that i had to spend so much time troubleshooting and working with Norton support to get it working.

Write my review because Norton I had for over 20 years then I went to Bitdefender and McAfee and both of those destroyed my computer malware spyware you name it I got it. I got rid of those went right back to Norton now I’m happier than ever with my computer is safe even my smart phone is safe
Stay with Norton your stuff stays strong from spyware malware Etc.

Bottom line, I like the Symantec/Norton malware protection I get from this product. I have been using it for a couple of decades now (in its various forms). When Norton decided to go to the "subscription" model, I was not amused, but as written in the FAQs, one can buy a new license here for much less than the automated renewal, but it comes with a minor cost: You have to install the new license, at least on one computer.

Here is what I did:
1) Waited to get a good deal on this SW around the Black Friday time frame (to be installed at the end of the year).
2) Waited until 45 days before the old license was set to expire then went online to discontinue the automated subscription (I messed up last year and paid full price).
3) Waited until the day the old subscription expired.
4) Uninstalled Norton 365 on my main machine.
5) Rebooted.
6) Installed the latest North 365 (per the instructions) and used the new Key when prompted.
7) Went into MyNorton to assign the new Key to my other machines.
7a) Had to uninstall and reinstall the code on my smartphone in order to apply the new Key to it. This was the only minor issue I had.

This renewed subscription is now running on all my computers and my one phone as expected!!! At the reduced cost! Piece of cake.

You CANNOT install this if you already have a Norton 360 Deluxe subscription.

The answer to the question whether this can be installed IN ADDITION to your current subscription, thereby extending it, is incorrect. If you click on "active," you will go to your subscription status where there is no "add a key" to be found anywhere. You first have to cancel auto-renewal (it takes about half a dozen clicks on "cancel" to finally get rid of the auto-renewal) and then wait until your current subscription expires while contending with all of the annoying messages to renew. Once you cancel auto-renew, the word "active" is replaced with "renew" and there is still no "add a key." When you are notified that your subscription will expire, then you can TRY to install this one. Good luck with that. If it doesn't work, you will probably need to do a Norton re-install from scratch (and, by then, it will likely be way past the 30-day refund on this product from Amazon).

It shouldn't be so difficult to renew a Norton subscription with one bought from Amazon. I finally had to call Norton tech support to download the new subscription. They make it difficult, because they want you to buy it from them. Horrible instructions.
