My favourite colour is white and the artic bottle is gorgeous and totally a perfect find! It fits perfectly in my car holder and I use it to sip my warm latte throughout my morning. It is a 17 ounces = 500ml bottle and is perfect for the price. My kids and family all use bottles by Takeya. We especially love the screw cap which is easy for kids too. This travel mug is a good size for kids as well. I use it to prolong my warm drinks and not want my drink to be super hot. I reside in Singapore so no thank you to burning my tongue. I usually finish my latte over a few hours (never try keeping my latte more than 4 hours because it's not fresh to me regardless of whatever brand) and it was still very warm till the last drop.
I will give 2 star for this. 2 star coz of the design but quality to price is a star. Hot in 12hrs is a scam. Warm after 5hrs or even less. You can even chug the coffee bottom up. Smh. Not worth buying. Too expensive for the quality of the product.

I honestly loved my Takeya travel mug in the color "Arctic". I commute into NYC on a daily basis and this little bottle made my long days better. I'd fill it with steaming hot coffee every morning and it would still be really hot when I arrived at work two hours later. Then halfway through my day, I'd rinse it out and fill it with cold water. It would easily stay this temperature for several hours. Hot or cold, this glorious little bottle got the job done. Recently, however, the lid broke - the locking mechanism seemed to no longer clasp shut which rendered the entire bottle useless. I actually had hot coffee spill all over my bag when I realized this. As my luck would have it, this also happened after my 30-day refund window closed on Amazon. I decided to reach out to the manufacturer and attached all requested documentation (receipt, pictures of the damage, and manufacturers seal). I also registered my product per request. This back and forth communication with the customer service "specialist" went on for almost one week. Finally, I get an email back saying: "We apologize for the inconvenience, however we are are unable to offer a full bottle replacement due to only the lid being defective". This was not an issue for me but when I asked for a lid replacement they claimed that they could only send me a black lid replacement. I had already told the representative that I did not want a black lid since I purchased the white travel mug and wanted my lid to match! The representative then stated that I could take the black lid or they could give me a 40% discount on a new bottle that I could purchase myself. At this point, I was furious and realized that this company does not care about its customers. I have been buying and recommending Takeya travel mugs and products for years now and they simply couldn't care. I am disappointed and will not be buying their products again.
I thought I had over researched this purchase and that I would be disappointed, but I'm thrilled that this mug has surpassed my expectations! Perfect size, retains temperature for hours, easy to clean and it feels great in the hand. Worth every dollar!
Got this today and I love it BUT it was missing the carrying loop. That was one reason I bought it. Disappointed. Update. Back to 5 stars as it was my bad about the ring. It is part of the top lid and found it by accident. Great travel cup.
