I know that it says that it for postpartum but I figured if it could work for a pregnant woman wit would work for me. I have wore my trainer for over 10 hours a day only removed it to shower and then put it back on, even for bed. At first it was a little uncomfortable to my back and organs but it was because my body wasn't use to ever being constricted like this before.

Just having it on for a few hours I saw immediate results. I am so in love with this trainer and plan on trying this for 30 days.

I bought this product as I recently gave birth. I was surprised when I received the package as it was packed with a good quality plastic packaging. It also has a clear instructions on how to wear, wash and dry it. I didn't expect that. Once I wear it, it's comfy and fit to my size. So far I've been wearing it for 3 days for (almost 8 hours each day) and my daughter already said my tummy looks smaller!

I was more at risk of having diastasis recti post delivery and wanted to ensure my tummy and lower abdomen was nearly secured to avoid back pain and tummy bulge. I have only been using this for 3 days but would give it 5 stars so far. I was a size 12 pre pregnancy and 14/16 during and noted to have slight 3cm separation of muscles that I'm working on. I have been wearing it for 8 plus hours and find it extremely comfortable and forget it's there at all. I've not worn it outside yet but already my stomach is alot smaller and my partner even said you can see my shape coming back. Please note I was confused with the sizing but got the one size and fits me perfectly and I am 5ft 11 of that helps.
