I have used this mirror to shave with for some time now, and the whole set is really great in my opinion.
Bath time is very fun for my daughter, so we didn't really need toys, but she does have a few floating things she likes to crap. Though we don't really use the 'razor robot' as a fake razor, it's very easy to grab due to the wide head, and it floats nicely, so she really loves picking him up out of the water when she's getting a bath.
I use the red UFO, which also floats, but doubles as a gentle water gun. Be careful with this, as it can upset a baby. Both these small toys are brightly lit and fairly well made for what they are. In theory you can hide them behind the mirror in two cups, but we have never bothered.
The mirror will hold up on the shower wall if you wet the suction cups. Mine's been up for a month or so. It has fallen a couple of times when bumped... it's not an intense hold. But the mirror is very strong and doesn't break. And it seems to stick fine if it's not messed with. My daughter loves to see her reflection and I recommend you try to incorporate this into bath time. But in all honesty I use this to shave with myself. And those cups behind the mirror are perfect for a real razor.
The space theme is awesome. For a little boy, of course the razor will work to wipe away soap on his face, but I think this toy works great for girls. A child seeing themselves in the mirror in the bath is actually a good way to teach them about cleaning themselves. This sounds obvious but it's been interesting to watch my daughter start to move her own wet hair, looking in the mirror.
The whole set is inexpensive for what you get. This is a nice value.
