My setup: Ryzen 9 5900X, Corsair iCue 400X, All Corsair iCue RGB fans (3 intake x 120; 3 exhaust 1x 120 rear, 1x 140 + 1x 120 top), Gigabyte Gaming RTX 3070, in an air conditioned room (~25 deg C). Full fan speeds 1,200 - 1,400 rpm.
I had high expectations of this cooler but my CPU temps are still running at 40-50 deg C idle, and 60-65 deg C under gaming load on Overwatch. Not sure if this is normal as opinions vary but I was expecting it to be at least 10 deg less. It could be the Ryzen 5th gen chips that run hotter than Intel, the fact that the case isn't particularly sucking in great amounts of cold air, or I should just use an AIO.
The fans can be tricky to remove after you've set the motherboard up in your case. This cooler is also huge, so RAM clearance can be tough. I had to go with low profile Corsair Vengeance LPX ones but they work well. No point in getting RGB RAMs as well because these are going to be blocked by the fans. Either way, I'm still relatively comfortable with this setup and would try and change things around with new thermal paste.
On a positive note, installation was easy, especially for AMD chips. Build quality is superb and I might consider moving this to my old PC (i5-6600K) to replace the budget Cooler Master one that I have in there.
