For our last baby I splurged on a Baby Bjorn brand bouncer that folds flat. It was wonderful, but while in storage for several years something gross got all over it and I decided to buy a new bouncer for our now 3.5 month old. I went with this one. It has everything I loved about the Bjorn one (ability to fold down "flat", quality materials, comfort etc.) and more! This one takes it up a notch with the toy bar that the Bjorn didn't have and my boy loves it! He sits in this bouncer a lot longer with the toy bar than he will any any other kind of seat without one. It's super supportive and has a nice bouncing action. I love that I can put it on the floor and easily bounce it with my toe while folding laundry or doing other things. This also comes with a travel case that the Bjorn didn't have either! Oh and I love that when it's folded down, I can slide it under the couch where it's totally out of sight, but easily accessible when we want to use it. Brilliant! This is a great bouncer and the price is more than fair for what you get. I highly recommend! If this has been helpful at all, please click the button below so it can be of help to other people too. Thanks a lot!
Easy enough to remove the cover for cleaning and reassemble.. I like this chair as a second set of hands to hold the baby while I use the washroom or shower.. babe would often fall asleep.. so I assume its comfy.. The toy bar isn't secure and falls really easily so we don't use that.. haven't missed it in my opinion.. I like the storage bag for when I dont want it sitting out.. and the fact it'll fold nearly flat.. I have a small apartment so compact is essential! I also really liked the price point in comparison to the baby Bjorn.. this chair isn't rated for up to 2 yrs old.. but once my babe became more mobile she wasn't interested in being strapped to a seat.. so I feel like the value was better for the time she would realistically use it most, 0-5months.
Nice simple bouncer. I like the simple colors (comparing with most bouncer out there) and that it dose not need battery, or has any electronic. You can place it in two different heights but the Difference between the Heights is not much. wish the lower setting would be more flat for the new born stage. The attachment with the moon and star is very cheap not safe and I took it away because I was worried if my baby will pull on it it will fall down. But for the price is good and simple.
This chair was great for up to 5 months. Yesterday my son was leaning over trying to get his toes , fully strapped in and he almost fell out right on his head. Luckily I was there to catch him. The straps are not attached to the base , they are attached to the mesh part so even if you are strapped in all of the way your baby can still fall out!! Safety hazard
I wanted something my baby could bounce herself. This is both sturdy and bouncy. We just took it camping and it was fab, folds flat and has its own bag! We also had a poonami in it and it cleaned up perfectly
If you’re considering this bouncer versus the brand name $200 bouncer, then stop. Seriously, STOP. This is the PERFECT bouncer. It exceeded all my expectations. And even my friend who bought said $200 brand name bouncer was jealous of my bouncer for its quality and price.
1) it’s lightweight and sturdy. So easy to move from the living room to the kitchen to the dining room. I used to carry him (2 month old) around in a car seat to keep him upright after meals (he has bad silent reflux), and this bouncer is SO much easier to move around than even a car seat.
2) Very easy to adjust the angle of the seat. I read a review that said it was challenging. Wrong, nope. Maybe they weren’t doing it correctly. Watch the YouTube video that is published by Baby Delight and it’ll walk you through how to install and use this chair. It couldn’t be easier.
3) My baby loves this! It keeps food in his belly (no thanks to his silent reflux). He laughs, kicks, bounces, coos all by himself. Never have to worry about batteries. I bought this for my second son and I WISH I had this for my eldest son... if only for the benefit of #4
4) Guaranteed poo and fart chair. GUARANTEED!!! No more relying on bicycle legs or praying to the poop gods. Is your baby twisting and turning during a feed and you suspect he might be backed up or gassy? In the dark ages, we’d put down the bottle and do bicycle legs until both of our faces turned red. And still no poop. Sometimes I would give up and stick in the Fridababy Windi for some instant (but messy) relief. Now, in the renaissance era of the baby age, I put him in the bouncer and wait a few minutes. Maybe wash a few dishes. And cue happy baby kicking and cooing and smiling... and POOPING. Guaranteed. In fact we have so many blow out poops a day, we’ve laid down a towel on the chair under the baby because otherwise I’d be washing the chair cover 2 times a day.
So in summary, this chair is fun for baby, helps with his reflux, and somehow magically helps him have massive poops. Happy baby = happy mom & dad
OH, and it folds flat for storage??? And it comes with its own travel bag (though it is a fairly flimsy bag, but still appreciated). I mean, for the price it is a no-brainer. This is the MOST important baby item I have. I can’t believe I went through the dark ages without this bouncer with my first kid. It would have saved me a lot of misery.
This is my 92nd percentile 2 month old baby in this bouncy seat on the lowest setting. It’s not safe for small babes. Has the potential to impede breathing as her chin is well tucked down and into her chest. The incline is still way too steep for her head/neck and she slips off into the side. It is well made and easy to put together but I wouldn’t put a baby smaller than a large 4-6 month old with great head control in it. I’m past the return window now as I bought in advance but I’d return if I wasn’t.
