They are super cute. The cut and fit is so sweet. I hate those onesies that are cut so square. The fabric feels special. Very dese and soft. But I paid quite a lot for these and they barely fit. My little guy just now began wearing 6 month close and the 6-9 im hoping will fit him after they’ve been laundered. Size up and hope for the best. I almost did that but because my guy is on the small side and summers just around the corner I was worried I’d get them Thys bee too big and wouldn’t fit until the heat of the summer when long sleeves would be worthless.
I am a big fan of the side closure/kimono style of baby onesie. Big fan. So I searched around for some more in this style. Bingo, here they are, a three pack with really cute designs. But, to my dismay, when I pulled them out of their packaging I could immediately tell that they were already too small for my baby. In comparison to other baby clothes in this size, these definitely run smaller. They were already useless before I ever even got to try them on my kid. Back to amazon they went. The material was nice and soft, but if you're going to purchase these I would advise going a size larger than you expect.
I have a 7 week old and much prefer kimono/side snap bodysuits while they can't hold up their heads. I bought the fox design straight from the Asher and Olivia website with my first and loved the softness (bonus because it was super cute). Bought the dark gray ones on here and I'm glad that they are still soft. I didn't take off a star for this, because I am not sure if it's an Amazon vs Asher and Olivia discrepancy (or maybe I got the wrong size?) but I bought the 0-3 month size and received the 3 month size not 3-6 month, just 3. Luckily it fits my 7 week old, but I would assume that means the bodysuits run a tad small. Just a heads up.
I was so excited when I found these since my baby hates anything going over his head, but the sizing is way off. I bought the 9 month and he didn't fit when he was 3 months...he is chubby but really??? I wanted to like these way more than I did. Also, the button situation is complicated which is the last thing you want with a baby.
I washed according to package directions, it shrunk a full inch in length the first wash and some threads at the seams were fraying. Second wash and it shrunk more . My son is 3 months, bought 3-6 month size, by second wash it doesn't fit. Only positive is the fabric is really soft, almost plush.
I purchased these shirts for my mother who baby sits my great nephew. She was having difficulty with getting his shirts off and on over his head. With the side snaps it is sooo much easier for her to change him.
The design is adorable, fabric is soft and cuddly. BUT, the sizing is way off. Mine say 9 months and I will be lucky if these fit my 3-4 month old grandson. Very disappointed in the sizing. Perhaps the company itself who creates these great designs could find a company that is not China to produce their goods ??
Pros: Very cute and whimsical design that is gender neutral. Well made with soft thick fleece type fabric. Cons: My baby is 6 months old and was also born prematurely. We ordered size 9 months to grow into. Unfortunately it is to small. Not just the parts that snap together but also the sleeves were too tight.
I will be keeping them though to give to a friend or family member for a future baby.
