I just received this and have not used it yet. Wow very deceiving picture! When I ordered that I did know that it was 16 ounces but wow it is a small bottle. I guess I was thinking 16 ounces would be much bigger. I sure hope there’s 16 ounces in here you never know.

I wasn’t sure when I first used this shampoo, it doesn’t smell very nice (personal opinion) and it’s very watery and my hair didn’t feel very nice during the washing process, also the conditioner is very watery too, but I have to say once fry my hair felt so clean, Volumised And super soft. It’s just a shame it smells like it does but I can put up with the smell because it makes my hair feel amazing and it doesn’t make it greasy.

I have waist length greying hair and I tried this product today. At first I thought the shampoo wasn't lathering enough, but I went with it. Then when I rinsed my hair I thought it was terribly tangled and rough feeling. I applied the conditioner and it seemed thin, like it would not do much for my long hair. But within a few minutes it had worked through my hair and it had completely detangled it. The fragrance is light and citrusy and the feel of the product is light. I love it. Dried my hair to a nice sheen. I will stick with this product, I really like it.

It says paraben , sulfate , alcohol free in details . But when I read ingredients
The 3rd ingredient is Alcohol . So that’s deceiving .
There was less hair in drain with my first wash. So that’s encouraging .
I’ve used only once so far . We will see if it lives up to what it states
