These bags don't hold up well , I made a tuna sandwich and when I tried to eat it the bag was ripped and falling apart from the moisture. Plus they don't have anything to close the bag it is only a fold to close, it doesn't work on my kids lunch box either because it will come out if he moves it too much. Do not waste you money on this, buy regular sandwich plastic bags instead.
I've been using the sandwich and quart size baggies for my lunches since my mom packed them for me back in 1992. I'm a fan of ziploc. I like that ziploc is producing 100% recyclable products that I can use in my daily life. As a social worker, I love that this product's design incorporates a quote/affirmation to "have a ________ day!" for the sticker seal. However, there's more potential for crumbs to spill out in my purse/bag with the resealable stickers and fold down top. Maybe, if I use several stickers on the paper bag, the crumb situation wouldn't be a problem for me. I appreciate and recommend this product, nonetheless.
Really nice . The stickers could have been better . Had to staple it so that food doesn’t come out . Otherwise the size is really great and can feed a person easily . The width and length is perfect for a sandwich .
Bags are non-wax coated paper bag that may be recycled (do not place bag in microwave to reheat), stickers included to reseal bag. Able to write name, greeting on the bags...may fit sandwich, snacks then use a sticker to seal bag. Fun and Green at the same time!
I liked using these to hold my chips and sandwich, but being that its paper, its not water proof (duh, I know). It also absorbs the oils from my chips, and the moisture from my lettuce and tomato. Since it's going to get tossed that's ok, but I'd rather use a reusuable container if I need more durability.
For some reason I expected these to be similar to other ziploc bags with the zip top. But these are simply small paper “envelops” you can put stuff in, then fold over & use enclosed stickers to keep closed. A sandwich I made at 9pm & put in one of these then in the fridge till lunch the next day was stale - bread had dried out b/c these bags are *far* from air tight. Not what I expected from something branded “ziploc”.
I love these. I used them to put cookies in to hand out to relatives when we met for an outside Christmas and they worked so well. they're cute and the stickers work perfectly to keep the bags closed. I'll definitely be using these a lot in the future. Recyclable and cost effective.
These bags are nice but not quite there yet. The paper bag material is durable, but the proportions aren’t ideal for a typical sandwich—being too wide and too short. I would like there to be enough bag leftover at the top so I could just roll the bag closed instead of using the sticker. To me the stickers are kind of a waste when the whole point of using paper is to consume smarter. These also seem a bit expensive, but hopefully this becomes more standard and the price goes down.
