I could not justify the $50 price tag on a Hydroflask water bottle so I purchased this one instead. I think for the value - it's a great water bottle. I primarily use it at my office, but I'm considering a second one to keep at home too. It is not completely leak-proof...so I think if you're someone who wants to take this traveling, hiking, etc. you may want to be cautious of this one. I love that it comes with two tops (one with a straw and one without). I drink a lot of water throughout the day and although it keeps my water pretty cold, the ice does melt after a an hour or two. Not a huge deal for me, but again - if you're taking this water bottle for a long bike ride in the sun, you may want to pay more for a name-brand. For my needs, this is perfect.
Since pandemic conditions have water fountains closed at schools, we needed to get our son a good water bottle for school. These look *great*! I love that it comes with a brush for cleaning the straw and that you have multiple cap options. The caps themselves are very comfortable to hold on to, also. However, the caps are pretty thin. My son's straw cap is cracked in the straw recess (where the straw folds down into)—it's a really strange place for a crack. The crack revealed that the plastic in that area is *extremely* thin. Fortunately we can use the other cap, but just be aware that while this bottle looks and feels great, the tops may not handle a lot of stress.
My husband was told to drink 64 ounces of water per day so I bought this to encourage him, he has a goal of finishing two of these per day. I had to do "research" to find out how to get the straw in the bottle, I was trying to get it into the top from above, but in fact it attaches inside and none of the straw comes through the top. This was probably obvious to a lot of people but instructions would have been helpful, even a small picture. My husband has a strong preference for the straw top, and the water, if you add a lot of ice stays pretty cold for hours. It tastes fine, no taste of metal or plastic. The bottle is very attractive and not too large to hold.
I loved this bottle for several weeks. However, I dropped it ONE time from about 4 feet, and now it does not hold ice for 24 hours, whereas before it would go a little more than 24 hours. I've had other stainless steel bottles that that had been dropped/dented SEVERAL times (because let's face it...KIDS 🤣) and it didn't affect the vacuum seal and its ability to maintain ice. I love the bottle straw feature, I'm just a little disappointed that 1 fall/ Dent Ruined the integrity of the vacuum seal. I have 2 more on the way for Christmas presents, and hope since they're really just for my kids to have water at their bedside that they will last longer. Overall it really is a great bottle, but be careful with it.
I love this water bottle, especially the way it looks. It also keeps water cold just as well as the competition. However, two small things that could be improved. My toddler dropped it (from her height, so maybe like 2.5 feet), and it dented on the side. While not a deal breaker, it is noticeable and I wish it wouldn’t have happened so easily. It also would be nice if it was just a tiny bit slimmer so it would fit in my cup holder in the car! Regardless, I still love this bottle and would purchase again!
This water bottle does a great job keeping the water cold (and looks snazzy, too). However, if you use the lid with the open mouth and carry it by the handle, the plastic bends enough to allow the lid to come off the bottle (thus spilling the contents). We switched to the other lid, with the straw, and it works fine.
This product is as marketed except that the lid threading seems to be a vulnerability. A couple of times the lid pulled off under normal lifting/carrying, so now I'm hesitant to carry by just the handle, and I can't tell if it's faulty or just requires extra caustion when screwing down.
This bottle came with several lids and plastic straws. I've used the flip top lid and have had no leaks. It's easy to use and convenient. The handle is made out of rubber and fixed with some rivets that I can only surmise will probable break over time from constant use. It doesn't keep things warm for 12 hours like it says, like my Yeti bottle did. I can't say about the cold, since I didn't buy it to use for cold liquids. Other than that I think it's a really good buy.
I like this mug - but my average woman hand can't get a good grip of this, so I have to use the handle, which can be inconvenient. Love that it is large enough for a full day's worth of water (because I have no other source where I work), and it keeps the water icy cold all day. Definitely doesn't leak. I know it because I it won't fit in my cup holder - I lay it on it's side on the passenger seat. Like the color choices Would recommend
I bought this for my daughter to keep her water nice and cold throughout the day. After 7 and a half hours her water is nice and cold. at the last hour is cool...so still pretty good since it gets real hot during a school day. Easy to carry and sturdy. She hit it against a wall by accident and nothing happened to it. 32 oz is okay any larger and it would be uncomfortable to carry around.
