To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Upgraded from the Stylo 4 after breaking the screen and so far I don't have any complaints. I've only had the phone for a few days so I'm sorry I can't give a more detailed review
UPDATE: Now that I've had this phone for a few weeks I can tell you it completely sucks. It seems to have changed all the dates on all my photos to the same date and time.
For some reason I can't add apps to the home screen. Apps like Google play have disappeared from home screen and are not listed under hidden apps.
the whole gif capture option used to be awesome on the older phone's but now it doesn't let me send the captured gifs to anyone. Constantly says waiting for "name" to be online. Normal texts send fine. And everything works sending to myself. And it's not a service issue
The battery life lasts about a day
The not being able to customize or shut off certain notifications is a real bummer.
The screen constantly goes black or freezes regardless of what you're doing so you either need to shut screen off and turn it back on or most of the time do a power off/restart
Can't move apps to SD card which forces space to be used which slows phone
I know some of these problems might be minor complaints to some people but for what I use my phone for it's a really sucks.
The more issues I have with this phone the more I am less likely to purchase another LG product
Update 11/13 phone constantly having issues receiving and sending text/picture messages. Trouble making calls phone constantly tells me who I'm calling is not in service bit works fine from other phones on the same carrier.
To sum it all up this phone is a complete waste of money. Anyone who purchased this phone should be given a refund or gift card to purchase a new better phone
Had to factory reset this phone twice to try and get notifications, clock, text messaging, etc. to work again. Fingerprint sensor stopped working, as well. I bought this end of July this year. Its only October! This phone has never entirely worked all at once. Amazon lists that it was ineligible to return end of August. Called LG and they just direct you to their website. Their options don't even give me my model number. Then, if I send in for repair, it is placed back into locked mode (I bought it unlocked) and gone for at least 2 weeks. I just want a new replacement phone that actually works. Ugh!
This phone is not usable on a Verizon network even though in the product description it claims to be; Verizon says it is absolutely not supported by their Network. I spent over three hours setting up the phone only to find out upon activation data cannot work with Verizon. Furthermore the phone comes in a T-Mobile box with T-Mobile apps all over the phone so how could it work with Verizon.
Horrible phone! I love LG so we thought this sounded good, but it freezes up all the time, takes forever to load pages and send messages and is always saying no internet connection when my mobile service should be connected. It does screwy things and I or my son have to go in and reset settings that seem to get undone. The slow loading and freezing up is just a real pain. I thought I wouldn't have that problem with 64 gb, but it is worse that my 16 gb phone.
