Nice versatile gadget to add varieties to my workouts. It makes many exercises harder to perform but that is exactly the point. My grip fails sooner that other major muscles LOL! However, my grip strength and forearms got great workouts and I am already feeling grip strength improvement after the first few weeks of using them. I use them on body weight rows, landmine t bar rows, and even attached them to my tricep rope (see pic) to perform various tricep extension, bicep hammer curls and lat pull downs. The possibilities are almost unlimited. One final tip to share - try rotating your forearms while doing curls and tricep extension - you will thank me later! 😁
The one ball that came without issues works perfectly. It’s not too slippery and really works the forearms and fingers.
The problem is that the second ball is off-center. I’ve only had it a day and can feel extra tension in the ball where it’s pulling against the side wall, and seems to be slipping down the center screw.
