compre el móvil por la marca, se suponía fiabilidad y prestigio de marca mas vendida, resulta que a los 3 meses la pantalla se queda en negro pero el móvil si va, escribo a amazon me dicen que es un vendedor externo, la garantía que alardean de la A a la Z, no la cubren no me dicen ni porque, me dirijo al vendedor, se lava las manos y me remite a la garantía de samsumg, les envío el móvil y PAM me dicen que hay que cambiarle un modulo al móvil y que tengo que pagar 85€ que la reparación no entra en garantía sin darme ninguna explicación un móvil con 3 meses que ha tenido un defecto de fabrica un móvil impecable sin un solo golpe, ahora tengo que reclamar a la OCU, me he dado de baja de Amazon prime y nunca volveré a comprar nada en Amazon, NO LO ACONSEJO, ESTAFAN no se hacen cargo de lo que vende estropeado. DECEPCION.

Il telefono è di fascia bassa, le cose positive sono la batteria, la presenza dell'NFC che invece viene dichiarato assente e la lettura delle impronte direttamente sul tasto accensione. Ok per chi deve telefonare ed ha poche pretese sul resto: non pretendete troppo da questo telefono. Fate attenzione alle specifiche tecniche, non supporta il wifi a 5GHz.

Ho comprato il cellulare dal venditore Paba Srl. e non è stato dichiarato nella descrizione che l'articolo era brandizzato TIM. Lo smartphone è stato modificato, con una rom non nativa per fuorviare dalla brandizzazione e quindi presentava dei grossi problemi nel software tra cui:
- assenza galleria e impossibile scaricare playstore con il messaggio "app non disponibile per il tuo telefono";
- assenza di una app di navigazione e impossibilità di installare chrome da google playstore.

Non l'ho restituito perché mi serviva urgentemente ed ho tentato il Factory reset. Si è ripristinato (compresa galleria e browser) in modalità TIM brand, fortunatamente le applicazioni TIM si potevano disinstallare, tuttavia ho perso molto tempo.

ATTENZIOEN VEDO CHE NON SONO L'UNICO - Mi è stata spedita la versione 64gb invece che la 128gb. Purtoppo me ne sono accorto solo dopo averlo configurato e quindi ho rinuciato alla restituzione per il troppo disagio

Brought phone as I needed an upgrade, it was stated that it has NFC. It does not. I am massively disappointed. Further more when you try to access apps the screen moves across or just doesn't do anything. I have nearly thrown it out of the window on numerous occasions. I would definitely not be buying another Samsung ever again.
To update this. I got in contact with the supplier and they have refunded me in full even though I have had the phone for 5 months. Good customer service. I have now bought a Motorola G30. Very impressed.

Il telefono e arrivato in due giorni dal ordine...e arrivato in buone condizioni, funziona bene però e bruttino...dal vivo non mi piace ,e buono ma brutto...sembra scadente, non sembra un tel del 2021 esteticamente...insomma esteticamente non mi piace la plastica scadentissima...e poi un'altra peca sono i colori sbiaditi che il tel ha...ho cercato regolare il display/sfondo ecc però sono sbiaditi i suoi colori a paragonare con altri...e poi e pesante rispetto ad altri

Sto utilizzando lo smartphone da una settimana circa. Ha delle caratteristiche molto interessanti ad un prezzo più che buono. La batteria rispetto al mio precedente dura molto di più anche utilizzandolo parecchio (io ci guardo film e partite di calcio tramite app Sky go e Amazon Prime). In più con la funzione "ricarica rapida" ci mette poco a ricaricarsi completamente.
Lo schermo è veramente molto grande, l'unico lato negativo è l'ingombro.
Mi sembra che faccia anche delle buone foto, anche se non ho ancora approfondito.
Per il momento non ho trovato aspetti negativi anche se io non sono certamente un esperto di telefonini.
