Everything kept coming out of the bag it came in. Hardly smelled the lavender in the bathtub, did nothing for me. Don’t waste your money.

I bought these because I liked the idea of a bath tea, that had lavender, chamomile and oatmeal in it for a relaxing bath. In this contaier there are four (4) bath tea bags and the instructions say to use two (2) per bath. Well I used all four (4) and still didn't notice any change in my bath water other then a very light yellow from the chamomile flowers.

In the container they smell devine! Like fresh lavender and chamomile and they looked like freshly dried flowers. However, once in the water, nothing happens including no scent.

Also it is recommended that to get the full benefits of Epsom salts you are to use about two (2) cups per bath (that is what has been recommended to me by my doctor, but you will need to check for yourself depending on your health issues) and in these bath tea bags there is only about one (1) teaspoon in each.

There are only a few flakes of oatmeal as well, not enough to help out dry or itchy skin as well. The lavender and chamomile are in nice qualities. Also these are advertised for pregnant people but there is also a warning on the label that pregnant people should not take hot baths. (see photo for up-close of bath tea bag).

I would recommend skipping as they really don't seem to have nay benefits or at least the ones I got don't. Though, they do smell good so I might use the rest as scent sachets for my dresser drawers.

I am grateful that this company doesn't test on animals, uses no artificial fragrance and is paraben and phthalate free.
