Since I can't get to customer support because of how the AI customer support forcing 1 or 2 options on you. First of all the shipping speed was decent, the delivery guy was a bit rude and his attitude was not good. I received the product shipped in a plastic bag when I have always received my items in a shipping box... even before I got a cable shipped in a box so I don't know why they went with a plastic bag this time, I guess cheaping on packaging and shipping, although thankfully the box isn't severely damaged but still. I got my box opened which I'm very mad about, and the accessories inside are missing. I don't care about the missing accessories but just the fact that I received my box opened when I'm purchasing a new product is just not acceptable.
The product itself is working fine, and the performance of this card is really great. For the current price on this GPU, I would say it's a good deal giving the current market conditions. Although on my end, I just faced some driver issues but was able to fix them. I upgraded from an old Nvidia card and so far been loving this card
This product had a broken pin on the rgbb 3 pin connector and for some reason the fans keep sounding like they have something obstructing there way making a loud clunky sound. I am not pleased with the product I can be alright with the rgb pin missing since I don't care for features like that but the fan starting up an making a loud clunky sound, I am not cool with that I have looked at all of my wire locations to make sure that wasn't the problem but from what I can see there is no issues on my side of the build.
I received the card with great excitement but was not as blown away when i started gaming as i expected to be. I consistently had stutter issues even at high frame rates and then the card died a month after light use in games like Rust and Fortnight. Then when i went to get an exchange there weren't any available for exchange. Amazon is currently working on contacting the manufactured for a warranty claim on my behalf (which i greatly appreciate) but it has left me quite frustrated. I will update should i get a replacement and it not suffer from similar failures.
Let's play a game and assume you could actually buy a GPU to do a head to head. The 3060 TI is slightly slower than this card, until you enable Ray Tracing. At which point this card does 20-30 FPS less in most bench marks. Price wise, this card is $400-500 above a sane MSRP, it's nowhere near worth the dollar value being pushed. It tends to be in stock often however, since even scalpers dont want to pay this much to the manufacturer for a card marked up 100%. Circle back to this card if you want a good card without ray tracing, for $300-$400, after all the scalping has died down. After running this card for a while, it's a GOOD card, but the $ pricing is broken. Witcher 3 with 4k graphics and texture packs is running a rock solid 30fps, kicking it down to 1080p its blistering fast. Just overpriced.
Looks amazing Very weighty Insanely good heatpipes and fans RGB lighting looks sleek
If you have the space to fit this card, go for it
Now for the cons and why I unfortunately have to rate it 1 star
Big con 1 is scalper prices, which if you have money to blow who cares but youre paying almost double the price for it
BIGGER con is that I absolutely could not get this card to play nicely with my system, I made sure that everything was updated and that I had things done right but for the absolute life of me I was having constant performance issues
This led me to returning the card and to this 1 star review
