Grace Digital ended up winning this battle

I bought one of the original (now bricked and worthless) models as many others did. I still feel that Grace Digital should have stood behind their customers, regardless. I swore that I would never give them another cent, but I could not find an alternative in more than 9 months. This product (I'm sure made by Grace Digital for Sirius XM) is NOT the same product. It really only works with Sirius XM and is NOT an internet radio like the Mondo's. So it went back, quickly!

So, not having it beside me to listen to hometown radio stations (internet radio) and my Sirius XM favorites, I ended up buying the new version directly from Grace Digital. Now I'm happy, but they won the battle. it sucks though.

It connected to my wifi network. Downloaded and installed an update. Played introductory ads. Would NEVER play MY music. Kept saying "Playback Interrupted - Retrying". Then as I was trying to get it to work (unplugging for 30-60 seconds, resetting back to factory preset, reinstalling updates, etc) the screen started to take a crap. Vertical white lines that kept getting worse. Eventually I could barely ready anything on it. Why can't people just make things that WORK. Especially for this price?!?

I read all these great reviews of this product and since I had SiriusXM in my car, thought I'd like it in my home too. It was easy to set up, but I could not get through a single song with out a display message saying, "Playing stopped, will retry". Also when you turned it off and back on, sometimes it took two or three minutes to "connect to the network" Thinking it may have been my wireless connection, thought I would try a wired connection. There was no info in the owner guide on how to do that. Expected more for what I paid for it. Retuned it the next day.

This device is NOT portable, instead it requires being always plugged in to an AC electrical cord/socket. This big plastic box requiring carry an electrical AC extension cord from room to room & outdoors is not portable! And the instruction pamphlet which arrives with radio instructs to call the manufacturer for any questions but when you call that phone number, none of the people at that phone number have any technical knowledge about how to use their/this product. So I have to return this useless machine for refund.

The customer support for Sirius XM is a joke and trying to understand some of the support people is impossible. They don't return calls, every time you call they ask the same stupid questions and then pass you along to a higher position that never calls back. I have been at this for over a month and have gone past the return time with Amazon. The TTR3 is a total POC and should have never been put on the market. Sirius XM Radio should be ashamed to endorse this product.

Went through two units. None work even though my WiFi service is excellent. SiriusXM technical support are useless - talked with several of them for hours. Could hardly understand them. They never got the product to work so I returned both of them to Amazon. What a disappointment.
