I received my FIRST mini air purifier and immediately returned it for a replacement because it was clearly used upon opening the box. Nothing was wrapped. There was no instruction pamphlet, as one would expect there to be. It wasn’t as if it was ordered and then returned because they decided they didn’t want it. It was obviously used and returned for some reason. I paid for a new item and wanted/expected to receive a new item. It was an easy return:replacement experience. In fact, I probably received my replacement before Amazon received my return.

My replacement was brand new. Every piece was sealed with plastic wrap, and there was an instruction pamphlet included. Great! I unwrapped everything, placed the filter into the outer container, and then plugged the charging cord into a USB port to charge it. I also attached the handle. All easy to do.

Once the red light stopped flashing to indicate the item was charged, I placed it in the cup holder of my car, which is where I intended to use it. It fit perfectly, and I intentionally placed it to where the power button could not be accidentally pushed to turn off. I wanted to see if it would clear out a slight scent of dog odor I had accumulated over having my dog in the car a handful of times over a month, so I turned it on the highest setting. It wasn’t too terribly loud at the highest setting, but it warranted me turning up the radio volume a little more than normal. A few minutes later, I noticed the noise had stopped. It had automatically turned off. We aren’t talking an hour, or even 30 minutes; it shut off within a matter of roughly 10 minutes before I noticed. I thought well maybe I did accidentally push the power button and turned it off. It still showed that it was charged, so I turned it on again, at the highest setting. Same thing happened. The next day I decided to give it another try when I got back into the car. I checked the placement of the purifier in my cup holder to make sure there was no way the power button could be pressed while I was driving. There was nothing around it. Again, it would not stay on. I charged it again and tried it again. Same thing. I had to return it. I can’t recommend this product. Had the item first come to me brand new and defective, I might have replaced it for a second chance at trying it out, but that first chance (for me) was wasted on receiving a used product, so I simply asked for a refund the second time around. All done. I cannot recommend this product, and I am still looking for an air purifier for my car.

I purchased the air purifier recently and have only used it for 3 weeks. I removed the filter lid and misplaced it. I contacted the company to buy and new lid and they said they didn’t have any replacement lids. So now I have a unit and a spare filter that i purchased that I can’t use right now. It was totally on me that I lost the cover but what if the cover had broken? Disappointed because it seemed to be effective for its small size and the battery lasted for at least 4 hours.

The unit itself works very well and I think is a great concept. However, the only filters on Amazon are now priced at $44 each from a third-party seller. When I bought the air purifier, the filters were $13.99

This would be a great product if it had any useful life at all. I was very happy with it while it did work, and even recommended it to a few friends and family members. But it completely stopped functioning within a month of purchase. Probably made with cheap, junk components made with zero quality control. Save your money.

Not sure how it purifies anything. You can't feel it 5 inches away. Quiet yes but no breeze. It has the feel of a gumball toy. I feel like it's compassity to recharge means it's always dead. To me the only use I could think of for it would be if you needed an air transfer from one place to another. Like cut a hole and stick it in the hole so it draws air from one side to the other. Other than that it would be good in a closet or cabinet I guess. Gym locker?

Put this in a tiny area under my stairs that has a musty smell with no airflow. Left it on high for an hour and did did not noticed any different in the air quality. It did, however put out a plastic smell that added to the odor in the room. It’s lightweight and appears to be made with very cheap material. It also gets a bad review from consumer reports. Sending back.

The product arrived on time. It's cute. Removed plastic covering filter as instructed. Turned it on and the most intense chemical smell came out. Almost had to use my inhaler. Well, if I keep it on, I will definitely have to use my inhaler, so, I placed it outside and turned it on and hoped that after a day, the smell would go away. It didn't. I need sometime for a small space, and I was hoping this would do the trick. Nothing clean and fresh about that smell. I will run it again tomorrow (outside so I can breathe), and see what happens. If that chemical smell does not go away, I will have to return it. It's an oxymoron to get a filter to clean the air and have an intense, and unhealthy chemical order blast out of it.

Poor Quality and Died After Ten Minutes of Use

I would have returned this air filter if it had not been so long since I ordered it before using. Sadly, it lasted ten minutes before quitting. Very poor quality. Again, if I had found out earlier that it would prove defective, I would have returned it. Do not take the chance on this one!
