Bottle opened in transit - loss of product.

The pump of the bottle did not have the plastic in place to hold it down and the lid wasn’t screwed on tight so about 1/4 to 1/2 was spilled out into the bag. It was a gooey mess. I tried to recover as much as possible but still am at about a 1/4 of the bottle loss. In addition, the pump doesn’t work.

I love this brand, but I noticed the shampoo didn’t clean my hair very well, & it took quite a bit of shampoo to clean what it did. This is probably really good for young kids / babies and those with very thin / fine hair, but not for me. I LOVE the conditioner & the spray conditioner.

I like this shampoo for my kids, but not for myself. I have long, brown hair with blond highlights. This shampoo does not lather on my hair and it doesn't clean it either. My scalp looks oily and dirty right after I wash it with this shampoo. Once I use this bottle, I do not plan on buying it again even for my kids. I love the leave-in conditioner though for my kids and I will continue buying that.

Meh. As a girl of color, I have very delicate, spirally hair. I enjoy the Original Sprouts deep conditioner very much - the only deep conditioner I use!! I ordered this sample shampoo to see how I would like it. It's ok, but would not order again.

My hair seems clean, but not all the way. Very little suds, and it's hard to tell if it's working!! I'll stick to the organic shampoo I ordered recently. Thanks!!
