Actual garbage. It’s a fan that u can pour water into a container for. It does nothing. Even with the charger in it last 30 min before giving me the ring of death and will no longer turn on. I’d be cooler if my wife spit on my face.
This is my second evaporative air cooler from this company. I wanted a small, portable one and this is just what I was looking for. Has a battery so you don't need to be plugged in. Works just great to be on a bedside table. Also planning on taking it camping this summer.
This air cooler is very nice, I love its small size but packs a very refreshing cool air with a lot of options to put this fan on. You can use it at night or carry the fan around with travels. The 360 turn around is very cool and helpful. The consistency of cold air is amazing especially with ice added in to the fan. This fan also has battery system so it doesn't have to plugged 100% of the time.
Just got this little guy, and this is Perfect for a small room. You can feel a breeze from this fan from about 6 ft away!! I was concerned that it might spray out strong doses of water, but the mist that it produces is Very Mild, almost not visible. Overall, Perfect for me!!
Both my wife and I share an office which gets hot with all the computer equipment (even with the ceiling fan on). So I decided to give this product a try, and I’m glad I did. I just filled up the container with as many ice cubes as I could fit (regular refrigerator size ice cubes fit just fine), then topped it off with water, and I run it full blast while having it plugged in. I just now ordered a second one so that one can point at me and the other to my wife (even though it oscillates).
At first I was really impressed by this little machine. It worked really well, especially considering the price and the size of it. It was exactly what I was looking for. Small swamp cooler fan to place on my dresser. It worked great for two weeks. Then the touch screen button just stopped working. I couldn’t turn the machine off. It eventually ran out of charge and stopped. I charged it back up to see if it would work, it won’t turn on at all. The buttons just stopped working. Having to return. Such a bummer!
This is just an opinion because I didn't run any tests for cfm, or volume, nor did i use a thermometer to check the temperature of the air. What I got was a very weak fan that is super quiet yes but that is because it doesn't move enough air to feel unless you are almost touching it. the air does not feel any different than the room temp. no matter what setting you put it on or if I have Ice water or not. My expectations were low before I received them ( yeah, i bought 2) because they were cheaper than a new A/C unit but it is just a small 12' camper I was wanting to use them for. The most important thing to me was that I need a cool breeze (at home it is just a box fan and a central A/C unit)blowing on me to sleep. This unit would be fine by putting it on the night stand right next to me if it would last more than 2 hours on it's full charge. If you put it on lo without the mist your lucky to go 2 hours on a full charge. On high with the rotating fan and water, maybe an hour at best. I never was able to feel it put out any mist of any sort so I don't even see how the ice water is supposed to cool anything. If the fan isn't blowing through the ice water or drawing air through it than the ice water feature can not be effective. Maybe there was something wrong with the one i got I don't know but it is not any kind of a cooler and is at best a weak fan. it is quiet though. I have a battery operated fan that takes 8 D cell batteries to operate, however i have taken it camping and used it 8 nights in a row on the camping trip and got 2 more nights out of it when i got home before the batteries died. I was trying to find something rechargeable that would last at least 1 night. I don't remember what they advertise this fan to last on a charge but it don't do it.
Bought this on 3/17/2022, had to return it two months later because it would "charge up" but then not work, and then when you try to recharge the already charged thing again, it charges up as if it was not already fully charged.
Returned it for a replacement because I only ordered this unit because I wanted it, and the same thing happened again a month later so I had to return it again but dared not to get another replacement, resolving myself to conclude this is a very cute piece of junk.
Seller customer service was horrible so I resorted to Amazon customer service to fix seller's mess.
