They help with nerve pain but are cheaply made.

I have had chronic pain from idiopathic neuropathy for years and have used large earth magnets for pain relief for a long time so I thought I would give these a try. These have a heel in them so they only go one way, some have the magnets on top and some on the bottom (?) the one with the magnet on top seems to work better. I do feel some warmth when wearing however I believe that is because it helps with my poor circulation. I can't snow ski anymore because of the pain, but if I could I would certainty give these a try these under thicker socks.
One size does not fit all, I wear a size 10.5 - 11 and these barely cover my foot, but they do stretch quite a bit.
The fabric is really thin, I doubt they will last very long before the toe rips out, we'll see
They won't take the place of heated socks, however if you have neuropathy or poor circulation I would sure recommend you give socks with magnets a try.

The socks themselves are fairly thin. You have to wear them with the dots on the inside. They aren't overly warm and they recommend that you hand wash them... who's handwriting socks?!

I was so looking forward to these for people but sadly had to send them back, my husband tried them for a day after wearing for 5 hours he's feet burned for 3 hours after wearing them. He showered and it made it worse. did not want to give to others, it might have just been him but did not want to try on other people.

I bought these socks because of the heat they were suppose to supply. I wore one sock all day to see if they work. No it did not. Not one single bit of warmth. The next day I returned them via USPS. I had a copy of the receipt showing they were returned. I did not get a refund so I asked why...they stated I had not returned the product. I gave them all the info they needed showing I HAD returned them...I showed all the info containing date of return, tracking #...Item number, amount to be refunded, etc. I received a reply stating I needed to return the item to get a refund. This has been going on for about 4 weeks now and NO refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And yes I did send this info to Amazon and the store that the items came from. No answer
