Product stopped working after 7 months (one month after warranty expired). Used very lightly to pick up dust and hair only. The blue lights flicker but there is no troubleshooting guide as to how to fix it. Only option is to take it to servicing center to get a quote for parts and labor which will amount to around 70% of the cost of the unit.
Not reliable, would not recommend.
